Zicatela beach
Location

Zicatela beach is famous world wide for its great surfing waves. Also known as the Mexican Pipeline, surfers visit Zicatela from around the world, creating an international surf community. The surfing conditions vary in the different seasons, April through November generally has larger swells.

During the winter months December through March the waves are often smaller with the ocacional swell bringing some bigger surf. Trips are available to intermediate surfers that want to surf unpopulated pristine beaches outside of Puerto Escondido.
