This temple complex situated in the center of Bangkok houses one of Thailand's most iconic symbols - the Reclining Buddha statue. On Rattanakosin Island stands another must-see attraction - The Grand Palace. Originally built during King Rama I’s reign in 1782, this grandiose compound consists of multiple ornate halls and pavilions embellished with glimmering tiles, gilded stuccos and shimmering mosaics – making it one of the most beautiful destinations in Bangkok!
